What do I get to control my torrents?

You'll get a login for wTorrent, a pretty web interface to manage your torrents from. You'll also get FTP access to your files, from where you can batch upload .torrent files and manage your data files.

How fast are your servers?

All our servers are on true, unshared gigabit connections - be careful, a lot of our competitors claim gigabit speeds when they are actually connected to shared gigabit connections! This means they cannot guarantee the speeds we do!

How congested are your servers?

We ensure that on average, no more than 0.3% of our gigabit link is used each month. To flip this the other way, on average you have access to 99.7% of 1000Mb/s!

What powers your servers?

Our servers are all dual/quadcore boxes with up to 8GB of RAM. We run rTorrent as a backend, and wTorrent as a front end, built onto a custom Debian image.

How long will it take to setup my seedbox?

Less than 24 hours in most cases!

Where are your servers located?

We have servers all over the world! Our two servers currently open for signups are in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), and Portland (USA)

You use open source software for business, what's in it for the open source community!?

We contribute all code changes back to the community, and we host several open source projects that we use on our very own servers as our way of contributing further. Other open source projects needing hosting should feel free to contact us, as we can likely help you out!

Okay I've got an account now, what's this /doing/ /done/ /watch/ business?

Every account will come with these three folders by default, and they all have their own functions.

/doing/ is where your files will be downloaded to by default.

/done/ is where your files will be automatically moved to after they have finished downloading.

/watch/ is where you can upload .torrent files to have them automatically added.
